Orders

Do you keep items in stock?
Some pieces may be available for immediate dispatch, but much of our work is produced in small batches or made to order. This allows us to keep waste low and focus on thoughtful, limited production.

What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means your piece is made especially for you after the order is placed. This helps us produce more carefully and avoid unnecessary overproduction.

How long will my order take?
If your item is ready to ship, it will usually be dispatched within a few working days.
If your item is pre-order, production usually takes around 21 days before dispatch.
Shipping time is additional.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help. Once production has started or an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
Our orders are shipped from China.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to many international destinations.

How are orders shipped?
We usually ship by FedEx Priority or a comparable express service, depending on the destination and order.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination, but most international express deliveries arrive within a few working days after dispatch.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
This depends on your country or region. Import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Product & Sizing

How do your pieces fit?
Many of our styles are designed with an easy, relaxed shape, though fit may vary by piece. We recommend checking the product page, size guide, and fit notes before ordering.

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing based on your preferred fit and the style’s intended silhouette.

Will every piece look exactly the same?
Because we work in small batches and use detailed knit techniques, slight variation can happen from piece to piece. We see this as part of the character of small-scale production.

What materials do you use?
We work with a range of yarns and fibres depending on the style, including merino wool, lambswool, cotton, organic cotton, viscose blends, and other carefully selected materials. Full fibre composition is listed on each product page.

Care

How should I care for my knitwear?
Please follow the care instructions on the garment label and product page. In general, knitwear should be handled gently and stored carefully to help preserve its shape and texture.

Can I machine wash my item?
This depends on the specific style and fibre composition. Always check the care label before washing.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on eligible items within the return window stated in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

Can I return a made-to-order or pre-order item?
As many of our pieces are made in small runs or produced to order, some pre-order or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will make it right.

Brand & Production

Why do you work with pre-orders and small batches?
Because we prefer to make thoughtfully rather than endlessly. Small-batch and made-to-order production helps us reduce waste, stay close to the process, and keep each piece part of a more considered way of making.

Where are your pieces made?
Our pieces are developed and produced through our own small workshop-based production approach in China, with close attention to material, construction, and finish.

Are your pieces limited?
Some are. Certain styles are made in very small quantities, while others may return in limited batches depending on demand and production planning.
