We ship internationally and aim to make delivery as clear and straightforward as possible.
1. Order Types
Our products may be available in two fulfilment options:
Ready to Ship
A limited in-stock piece may be available for immediate dispatch.
Pre-Order
If the ready-to-ship piece has sold out, the item may still be ordered on a pre-order basis. Most pre-order pieces require approximately 21 days for production before dispatch.

2. Processing Times
Ready-to-ship orders
Usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Pre-order items
Usually dispatched within approximately 21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, we may ship them together once all items are ready, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Shipping Methods
We use trusted courier services such as FedEx, UPS, or equivalent international carriers, depending on the destination and the order.
Shipping times after dispatch vary by location, but most international deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping offer applies.
Where stated on the site, orders of 2 or more items qualify for free shipping.
5. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, local carriers, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Duties and Taxes
Where applicable, duties and taxes may be handled according to the destination and shipping arrangement shown at checkout or stated on the site.
If your order includes any special shipping terms, these will be stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
8. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
9. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
